Facility Policies

 

Jumpers must be 13 or older to be “dropped off” without a guardian.

  • If you are dropping off a jumper, please be sure to pick them up at the appropriate time, as they will not be allowed to stay in the facility, or “hang out” in the parking lot without an active Jump pass.
  • We also ask that if you are dropping off a jumper, that that jumper has a means of communicating with you.

Children 5 and under must be in direct supervision of a parent, guardian or caregiver at all times.

Refund Policies

More than 48 hour notice before jump time – credit to Jump account available for full cost of on-line purchase.

Less than 48 hour notice before jump time – no credit or refund available for on-line purchase.

Inclement Weather Policies

Jump Trampoline Park strives to keep all of our employees and customers safe during inclement weather. The following policy describes some weather related issues but may not cover all weather conditions that may occur. Therefore, all employees and customers are asked to please plan ahead if weather forecasts are less than desirable.

If you have a party or group booked with Jump, we will make every effort to accommodate your party or group during inclement weather events. If the weather is deemed unsafe on the day of your event, we will work with you to reschedule the event for a later available date. There will be no refunds issued on deposits. We at Jump strive to make every party and group a memorable experience and will be happy to accommodate the booking at a later date without penalty. All deposits for events booked will be carried to the rescheduled date.

Snow/ Ice – Jump will make every attempt to remain operational. If we deem the roads are not safe for the Jump team and our families to use for travel, we may open late and/or close early. Any changes in operations will be communicated via our Twitter page, email, our Facebook page and/or our website. You encouraged to regularly check your email on days when the weather is inclement.

If Jump does close due to inclement weather, Jump Management will communicate that information to the primary contact of any party or group, as early as possible, prior to your scheduled start time. This information will also be posted on our Twitter page as soon as it becomes available.

If Jump Management decides to close the park due to inclement weather, all on-line purchases will receive a credit for a future visit.
